Fundraising for African Lion & Environmental Research Trust (ALERT)

The orphanage for street children, run by The Midlands Children Hope Centre (MCHC), is at risk of being shut down due to lack of space and facilities! The Centre, which is supported by the African Lion & Environmental Research Trust (ALERT), works with orphans and vulnerable children aiming to rehabilitate them back into mainstream society and education. It is the ONLY orphanage for street children in the area. This means the 30 young boys who currently live in the orphanage could be forced back into a life on the streets, a life which MCHC and ALERT have fought so hard to keep them safe from.
