Walking to raise funds for ECHO as Adrians sons had heart problems when he was born. Jack had an AVSD repair to his heart at the age of 8 months old, it was a very difficult time but thanks to the Evelina Childrens Hospital and support from the ECHO (Evelina Childrens Heart Organisation) Jack has grown to be a strong and healthy little man.
