Berg National 3 Peaks Team

This year Berg celebrates 35 years as the imaginative law firm anniversary with an exciting programme of celebrations, including an ambitious fundraising campagin to raise money for our nominated charity of the year Francis House Children's Hospice. With 3 sponsored sports challenges and 5 smaller fundraising activities across 2015, every staff member at Berg will be participating in our fundraising mission. For the National 3 Peaks Challenge, 18 intrepid staff members, including our Senior Partner, Reuben Berg and Managing Partner, Alison Loveday, will attempt to summit the 3 tallest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales, all within 24 hours.

Fundraising for Francis House Children's Hospice

All sponsorship proceeds will go direct to Francis House Children's Hospice, which provides care for children and young adults with life threatening and life limiting conditions whilst also supporting families. Running costs for Francis House last year were £3.6 million, equivalent to £9,863 per day and £410 per hour. All services are given free of charge and regardless of faith or cultural background, and by far the largest part of fundraising comes through charitable donations.
