A happy band of mountain men (and woman) having cut our teeth on the Caledonian Challenge in 2011 and a few of us having done the 3 Peaks in 2009 decided to take the 3 peaks Challenge once more. This time we'd really go for it. A time under 20 hours was our goal. And we did it! 19 hrs 46 mins. A very fit and close knit team using everyone's strengths and supporting any weaknesses it all went better than planned. Initially as a training exercise for the Welsh 3000s we took this challenge and feel satisfied we would be hard pressed to better it.
