The TAM Team will be tackling the National Three Peaks as part of our #4for2024 fundraising campaign for The Childhood Trust, London's child poverty charity. The cost-of-living crisis is having a devastating impact on London's most vulnerable children. They are now facing life-changing, life-limiting deep poverty rather than significant hardship. Of the 800,000 children in London living in poverty, over 40% are regularly missing meals and going hungry. Poverty does not have to ruin a child's life. By taking on this challenge we hope to help the The Childhood Trust provide the capital's most disadvantaged children with a healthy, resilient, safe, and confident childhood, so that they are well prepared for life and therefore break the vicious cycle of poverty.
