Me and 3 of my mates are going to be doing the National Three Peaks in 24 hours to challenge ourselves and also to support Andy's Man Club, a charity we all find important. Each year almost 800,000 people die due to suicide and it is well documented that suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50, and that men are much less likely to search for and get the help they need before it is sadly too late. I think at some point the vast majority of lads go through some kind of dark point in their life, and we are hoping to raise money and awareness for this cause and make sure men know that it is okay to talk.
