In May 2024, I'm going to tackle the National Three Peaks in three days, the 3 in 3! Scotlands highest mountain Ben Nevis followed by Englands highest mountain Scafell Pike and finally Wales highest mountain Snowdon. It’s 26 miles horizontal distance and 3,000 metres vertical ascent. I’ll be doing this for MIND the mental health charity
