Our chosen charity, Dementia UK is a specialist dementia nursing charity that offers support to the whole family affected by Dementia, working towards a day when no one has to face dementia alone. Their specialist nurses provide life-changing advice and support, to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.
