Our team did the challenge in memory of our friend Chris Boyle, who sadly passed away from cancer at the young age of 34 earlier in 2023, raising nearly £2K for Cancer Research in the process. We were all childhood friends, and we felt given the adventurous nature of the challenge and the inspirational figure he was in our lives, always telling us to "go out there and get after it" that this would be a good way to honour his memory. Thanks Chris for everything, you will be truly missed.
