We are four friends who were in the same year at Milford Haven Grammar School from 1979 and we have remained the closest of friends ever since. We all grew up in Pembrokehire, where Ade, Kevin and Richard still live, while Nigel has lived in London since 1999. The four of us have always kept in touch and we meet up regularly - we have arranged different trips from year to year, but nothing with a physical challenge. Now in our 50s, and after being largely separated as a group due to Covid, we decided it was time to do something together that was a challenge and that would help us focus on getting some level of fitness. Our aim is to complete the three peaks challenge in 24 hours.
