Fundraising pageThe Mavis Nye Foundation is the company's chosen charity this year. Mavis Nye was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2009, and given 3 months to live. After years of treatment and management of the disease, she is now the founder and president of her own charity. The aim of the foundation is to offer support to mesothelioma victims and fund research in drug development. One of the main objectives of the charity is to support the funding for Student Nurses and Doctors to specialise in the field of mesothelioma. Over the next 12-18 months we aim to raise £10,000 so that we may assist Mavis in sponsoring one of the aforementioned nurses.
