Ryan is an ex vet and had never done this challenge before He needs and wants to step out of his comfort zone and test himself Ben suffers with crohns, he has battled his illness for 20+ years and most recently had major surgery to have a large section of bowel removed and is currently undergoing new treatment to try and control his illness We both suffer with mental health in the past and also present and this is helping us talk about and raise awareness and to let men know that it’s ok to talk about your problems
