Imogen's Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge in aid of Accessible Arts & Media

I'm hiking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in under 12 hours because Accessible Arts & Media (AAM) has enriched so many lives including my own. Family members, Chris and Rose joined in Accessible Arts & Media runs inclusive creative learning programmes for disabled people, young people, older people and people with mental health problems. Their projects help over 800 people each year to: learn new skills; gain the confidence to have more of a say in the things that matter to them; explore and connect with the world around them in a safe, supportive, fun environment; make new friends and socialise; play an active part in their local community; and feel happier and healthier.Things are better when we all work together! Accessible Arts & Media and Hand & Voices singing and signing choir has always been an extraordinary heart felt part of my life and I am extremely blessed to have been a part of it :) All the people involved are inspirational and truly beautiful souls. It’s a wonderful opportunity for me to be able to give something back and support them all to continue on their journey, reaching for the stars and sparkling all the way.
