Three Peaks Challenge - Plymouth Team

We are all work colleagues competing in the Three Peaks Challenge in June. We all work for UPP Residential Services Plymouth, but have arranged this independently from work. We decided to put Plymouth on the map and compete the challenge leaving at 3:00am from Plymouth, driving all day to start climbing Ben Nevis at 17:30!

Fundraising for Myasthenia Gravis and The Prince's Trust

We are splitting all sponsorship money between the Prince's Trust and Myasthenia Gravis. The Prince's Trust is our work charity, so we would like to support them. We have held two Prince's Trust Programmes at our work called "Get into FM" to try and give young people a headstart in the workplace by giving them excellent qualifications and working skills to take into the workplace. Last year my younger brother was diagnosed with an as-yet-incurable neurological condition called Myasthenia Gravis. It was this that led to his cancer diagnosis and the removal of two tumours being removed from inside his chest cavity. The team thought this was a great opportunity to help raise awareness!
