I still remember attending the appointment where mum was diagnosed with early onset dementia aged 52..... promptly after breaking the devastating news. The consultant asked " Would you be interested in taking part in any research trials?. My highly intelligent and beyond brave mum knew that there wouldn't be a cure within her lifetime.... "its to late for me but I would like to help others diagnosed in the future". My mums response to her diagnosis is one that motivates and inspires me EVERY SINGLE DAY.... I WILL get up all 3 mountains within the 24hrs and all money donated, as per mums wishes, will go towards Dementia research "to help others diagnosed in the future " Any donations appreciated xxxx, Sarah
