I have taken up the challenge to do the Duke of Edinburgh Diamond Challenge this year and my friends have agreed to accompany me. We are all experienced walkers, most with Duke of Edinburgh at some level and some are hardened Scouts. We cover everything between us.
Fundraising pageThe Duke of Edinburgh Award is a tiered scheme which gives young people a chance to try some new life skills or just interests which can be used for the rest of their lives. Unfortunatly, not everyone has the opportunity or the capacity to complete the award, which leaves them out of a major opportunity. The money for Duke of Edinburgh Diamond will go to the Award so it can bring these people to complete the award.
