Fundraising for The Honeypot Children's Charity
Honeypot’s vision is for every child to make the most of their one chance at childhood. The children who visit Honeypot are aged 5-12 years and have experienced a variety of challenges in their lives.
Honeypot offers these children a safe, family-like environment where they are able to make friends with children dealing with similar living situations and conditions. Honeypot ensures these children do not feel alone, so that when they return home there is a support network in place. To find out more about Honeypot and the work they do please visit www.honeypot.org.uk/.
By covering 42km, 3000 vertical metres and 3 peaks in 24 hours we can raise enough money to support six children for a year — this includes a first week holiday, 3 outreach Playbus visits into that child’s community, a Christmas present and Birthday card. Even though we’re accountants we’ll let you do the maths on this occasion!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Please remember that if you tick the Gift Aid box on the sponsorship forms, Honeypot can claim 25p for every £1 raised, significantly increasing funds for Honeypot children. All you need to do is complete the sponsorship forms providing your full home postal address and be a UK taxpayer.
So please dig deep and donate now and help give deserving children a second chance at happiness.
