Three Peaks for Ruby

We are a group related by family ties and marriage, and we are friends of the Young family whose little daughter Ruby is fighting stage 4 neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer. We are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise awareness of this type of cancer and funds to help the family reach their target for the charity in order to safeguard funding for Ruby to access more effective treatments in the US.

Fundraising for Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Alliance

We are walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise funds to support Ruby Young's family in fundraising for the NCCA UK to help Ruby, and other children like her, to follow an expensive treatment path in the US. With a high risk neuroblastoma diagnosis like Ruby's, the probability of relapse is high. Through fundraising support, the NCCA UK can ensure that every possible avenue for treatment is open to her.
