I am a 16 year old (17 at time of challenge) from Solihull, Birmingham. I am doing a variation of the tradition three peaks and hiking between the peaks as well as up them carrying all of my own gear such as tents, food, clothes, etc... with support walkers with me at seperate stages. I am doing the challenge to raise money for the charity Beat after 4 of my closest friends have had and got through an eating disorder, all of whom recieved treatment from professionals and clinics set up by Beat. All 4 of them are still affected by their eating disorders and the effect these have on a family, friends and the person themselves is massive, its a mental state that can always haunt someone and money is desperately needed so other people do not go through the same.
