Fundraising for St Nicholas Hospice Care

St Nicholas Hospice Care is a local charity which works compassionately in the fields of life-threatening illness, death and bereavement.
They provide practical, medical and spiritual support to local people and their families living with an illness that is life threatening; such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, heart or lung disease.

They can offer everything from a soothing head massage, to advice on benefits to specialist clinical care.

All their care is given by a multi-disciplinary team, which may include:

•Consultants
•Doctors
•Social workers
•Psychologists
•Occupational therapists
•Nurses
•Complementary therapists
•Physiotherapists.
People receive our support either in the Hospice or in their place of residence - or both - and in a variety of ways.
