We are completing this challenge for three reasons: To raise money for the amazing work Dr Kershaws do with the terminally ill,to battle the approach of the Big 50 (Not me - I'm only 42 - Steve) and because frankly we are all a little mad!

Dr Kershaw's serves a population of 230,000 people from Oldham and its surrounding districts.
