We are a group of teachers from Abersychan Secondary School. The group comprises of;

Our driver is one of a number of volunteers confirmed nearer the time.
We have decided to do something each year both to push ourselves and to help other people in some small way.
Many thanks for thos who have already contributed. We have been in training for a while now but will be stepping it and the planning up on 21st June. We are spending a few days at Cader Idris to do some mountain bike training and to find the fastest (and safest) route up and down the mountain. We shall hopefully repeat this at Snowdon and Pen-y-Fan during the coming months. We are videoing the challenge for everyones amusement! - Cheers, Team Bluebird
We have organised a training weekend for Sunday July 22nd at Cader Idris. Sunday will be spent doing some mountain bike trails and Monday will be climbing.
As Welshmen and teachers we feel strongly about children in Wales. Ty Hafan provides comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families. Ty Hafan is dedicated to improving the quality of life of these families.

The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
