Fusiliers '1 Peak 2 Far' Challenge

A team from Zulu Company, 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers are going to complete the "Three Peaks Challenge" - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - carrying 15kg in 24 hours over the 30/31 of July 2014. Our aim is to raise £1,000 for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and £500 for The Fusiliers's Aid Society . As a Company we have chosen the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital as the Manchester area is one of the Regiment's recruiting areas and therefore important to many of our Fusiliers and their families. We hope that this event will create a bond between Zulu Company and the Hospital to allow us to continue supporting this worthwhile cause, long into the future. We have also chosen the Fusilier's Aid Society as it is Lieutenant Colonel Jo Butterfill's MC chosen charity for the 1st Battalion and we want to keep supporting a cause that looks after all ex and current serving Fusiliers. Thanks for taking the time to visit Zulu Company's JustGiving page. "...for England and St George"
