Fundraising for Broadmead Baptist Church, Northampton

Broadmead Baptist Church, Northampton, was founded over 80 years ago when the site the church uses was given to Baptists in Northampton so that there could be a Christian presence on the then newly built estate in the area between Kettering Road and Eastfield Park. Its founders had a heart to reach the local community with the message and love of Christ. This remains true today but the needs of both the church and the local community have changed enormously. Today, Broadmead Baptist Church is a lively, evangelical Church strategically located at the junction of Broadmead Avenue and Park Avenue North where the Eastfield, Spinney Hill and Abington areas of Northampton meet. There are now over 200 people connected to the church as members or regular attenders on Sunday, and nearly 100 children up to the age of 18, as well as around 100 further families/households connected through contact with Samuels Christian Nursery, Broadmead Money Advice Centre, TMX and coffee morning. There is just not enough room in the current Church for the ever increasing congregation, we are going to raise 2.5million for a new build Church.
