Aldi Berwick upon Tweed Three Peaks Challenge

Katie and Laura are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2014 for Marie Curie. As part of the fundraising for this event we are taking a small team from work (Aldi, Berwick upon Tweed) to do the National Three Peaks Challenge in order to raise funds. Each member is aiming to raise a minimum of £300 in sponsorship. Katie's page Laura's page

Fundraising for Marie Curie

Marie Curie gives people with any terminal illness the choice to die at home. Marie Curie’s nurses provide them and their families with free nursing care and emotional support, in their own homes, right until the end. From 2012-2013 2000 Marie Curie nurses cared for 28,000 people with terminal illness’ at home. We are organising many fundraising events to achieve our goal of raising £4250 each for our Mount Kilimanjaro expedition. Some of our events include car boot sales, stalls at local fairs selling fudge and cakes, a Christmas Panto and other events in the pipeline include charity car washing and local business support.
