The facts... 4 lads, 2 drivers, 3 countries, 3 peaks, 11516m of ascent, 26 miles of walking, 10 hours driving, 1 charity. We're 4 normal guys (Nat, Marcus, Gaz & Stephane) that are looking to complete the challenge and raise a load of money for <a target="_blank" href="http://www.helenanddouglas.org.uk/">Helen & Douglas House</a>. Fundraising pageThere are currently around 300 families on the charity's books and they actively support over 60 bereaved families. It costs £4.5 million every year to run Helen & Douglas House, the vast majority of which comes from voluntary sources (i.e. not the government). Just a little bit of money goes a long way... Guest bedroom - £47.33 Provides a bed for the night, as well as cutting edge palliative care and some fantastic fun too! Spa room - £30.00 Provides effective and enjoyable therapy for the children and young adults of Helen & Douglas House. Art room - £20.66 Provides adapted equipment and materials for guests of all abilities so that they can get creative! Family accommodation - £2.71 Provides some much needed TLC for Helen & Douglas House parents, so that they can take a break from their duties as a carer and relax!
