We're 4 normal guys (Nat, Marcus, Gaz & Stephane) that are looking tocomplete the challenge and raise a load of money for Helen & Douglas House.

There are currently around 300 families on the charity's books and they actively support over 60 bereaved families. It costs £4.5 million every year to run Helen & Douglas House, the vast majority of which comes from voluntary sources (i.e. not the government).Just a little bit of money goes a long way...Guest bedroom - £47.33Provides a bed for the night, as well as cutting edge palliative care and some fantastic fun too!Spa room - £30.00Provides effective and enjoyable therapy for the children and young adults of Helen & Douglas House.Art room - £20.66Provides adapted equipment and materials for guests of all abilities so that they can get creative!Family accommodation - £2.71Provides some much needed TLC for Helen & Douglas House parents, so that they can take a break from their duties as a carer and relax!
