Minorfern Mountaineers

We all work for SDL Minorfern LTD, a car spares Motor Factor supplying parts to local garages across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. After a successful charity climb up Ben Nevis last year, we decided to push further and face the National Three Peaks Challenge. The team comes from several branches which will give us opporutnity to bond further as work colleagues. We are supporting two charities during this event which are Mind UK and MacMillan Cancer Support. The team have been training well and looking forward to our challenge next month.

Fundraising for Mind UK and MacMillan Cancer Support

We are raising funds for Mind UK and MacMillan Cancer Support. Mind UK provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Macmillan provide services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience. They are here to provide emotional, practical, physical, and financial support. They’re 98% funded by voluntary donations, so fundraising is essential to make sure we can deliver the vital support people living with cancer need.
