Fundraising for Rennie Grove Hospice Care

The sole aim of every member at Rennie Grove is to support and facilitate adults and children with life limiting illnesses and their families to live their own particular version of their best life in their own homes. Here are some ways your money will benefit: - Rennie Grove Hospice rely on the generosity of people to fund 89% of their running costs. - Every £811 you donate can provide the Night Team for one night, giving essential care and support for patients and families whatever time of night so they are not alone. - Every £225 you donate can provide a specialist hospice at home nurse for a day, caring for patients and helping them to stay at home with their families and make every moment matter. - Every £30 you donate can provide an hour of physiotherapy to help patients live independently for as long as possible. - Every £20 you donate can provide an hour of care from a healthcare assistant, supporting patients with practical care to help them live as independently as possible at home. Now, imagine not being able to imagine your life without your loved one… - Every £30 you donate can provide an hour of support for a patient or family member either in a group or on a one-to-one basis to help families cope with illness and bereavement.
