During Mates in Mind first two years of action, they enabled hundreds of organisations within the construction sector to transform the mental health culture of their workplaces. Through their tailored programme, they have supported organisations of all sizes to start vital conversations about mental health.Due to the successes within the construction sector, they have gained recognition across a range of industries.As a result of this, Mates in Mind have expanded their focus to include workers in industries beyond construction, enabling more UK workplaces to drive a positive change. However, whilst they are delighted to be supporting organisations across additional sectors, they remain committed to supporting and achieving their initial target of reaching 75% of the industry by 2025 and will continue the mission to transform the construction sector, spreading their message and providing the ongoing support needed for organisations to take action. Your donations and support are what enables Mates in Mind to continue helping organisations across the UK to improve and prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their workforces, providing them the skills, clarity and confidence to invest in the health of their people.
