Artur & Eliza

This year me and Eliza have already ran a few hundred kilometres! She has completed a marathon which I had to give up on, and we both ran the 24km Snowdon Copper Trail, which was absolutely stunning. As a form of preparation for the next level, 50km UTMB next year, we are now attempting the 3 peaks challenge! Which will be the longest trial run for both of us, approximately 40km. Ben Nevis, Scaffell Pike and Snowdon under 24 hours, thankfully with a driver. It is not an event but something we decided to do ourselves, hopefully organised well enough. We are a little nervous but confident that we can make it despite yet another recent back injury on my behalf. With a pair of relatively new trial shoes it suddenly seems much easier! I will attempt to organise a live stream and/or tracking so stay tuned and keep checking this page for more updates. Please support our efforts and let's help someone while doing this, any generosity will be really appreciated! Fundraising for Sense, a charity that believes that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential. Their experts offer personalised support through their centres, holidays and short breaks, or in people’s own homes. They are here for everyone who needs them, for as long as they need them – providing early intervention for children, helping young people access education, and supporting the transition into adulthood and beyond.
