Fundraising for Mace Foundation

The funds raised by the team will support the Mace Foundations charitable activities which includes supporting charity partners: Dubai Cares, Mind and St Mungos. And the Foundations match funding programme which helps hundreds of charities around the world. The funds raised through our partnership with Dubai Cares will help build and operate a school in Nepal. These funds will help build a three-classroom school to benefit the whole local community. This will also cover teacher training and 18 months of adult education and literacy classes. Mind wont give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem receives both support and respect. They empower people through advice, support and clear information and campaign to improve services, battle stigma and end discrimination. The funds raised as part of our partnership will enable Mind to expand their vital information services, increasing the reach of their Infoline and digital resources. At St Mungo's, they know that it takes more than a roof over someones head to end homelessness. While sleeping rough is the most visible form of homelessness, the causes, and consequences of having nowhere stable to live are often much more complicated. That's why they've developed a recovery-based approach for their clients, focusing on addressing the issues a person faces to help them move on with their lives. The funds raised as part of our partnership will support St Mungo's Westminster Street Outreach Support team to help reduce the number of people rough sleeping in the UK, and to support a sustained recovery through their construction skills training and employment programme. Since its first donation in early 2013, the Mace Foundation and Mace people have donated over £5.5 million to 463 charities around the world.
