We are family members from Yorkshire. We will be undertaking the challenge on the first anniversary of our Dad's passing. We want to honour his memory and do something positive, to help others when they need it most, rather than sitting around feeling sorry for ourselves on an otherwise difficult day. Dad loved getting out walking around Yorkshire, so it feels like a very apt (and slightly daunting) challenge.

We are fundraising for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, because they gave outstanding care to our Dad (and to us) in his final days. It really is an invaluable service, that makes such a difference to families like ours.
