Too inspired to be tired

We don't live near each other. We don't work together. Hell, some of us don't even know each other! We do however have one thing in common, (Beside knowing Olivia, and hence being dragged into walking up 3 mountains in 24 hours) we all have stories to tell. We all love to walk, to be outside and to meet new people. For us, the national three peaks is an opportunity to achieve a challenge of a lifetime. Each one of us has a personal story. A family, friend or loved one who has been unwell, effected by or even passed away with a particular condition. And each person received treatment, support or care within the NHS at some point in their journey through illness. So to say thank you, to aid others will need future NHS care, and because we believe in the power of free healthcare for all, we are coming together to walk the national three peaks.

Fundraising for NHS Charities together

NHS Charities Together is the national charity caring for the NHS. We are made up of 241 NHS charity members based with hospitals, mental health trusts, ambulance trusts, community health trusts and health boards across the UK. The funds raised by NHS Charities Together enable the health service to go above and beyond what would otherwise be possible. Through our member charities we fund projects that improve services for patients and we help NHS staff and volunteers both practically and emotionally so that they can continue with their vital life-saving work.
