Fundraising for Men’s mental health support group

Over the last year especially we have seen men’s mental health suffer more so than ever before. We have had cases where this is the case in our family and circle of friends (their stories to tell, not mine). The mental health services are stretched to breaking point so we want to do something to help as many men as possible and set up a support group that meets weekly at our local community centre. The price to rent the centre is £15 per session and we want to raise as much money as possible so that we can give these men a safe space. Hopefully if we raise enough money we would be able to offer a hot meal while they are here to help create a great and open environment for them to open up, build friendship and support and feel safe. So to do this we are going to be tackling the Yorkshire 3 peak challenge on Saturday 12th August. Please donate whatever you can as this will make a real difference to real people in a local community. This money will be directly tackling the issues and not just a donation to a “big, faceless” charity. Ever pound can make a difference for us
