Fundraising for Cancer Research UK

3 Peaks Challenge in July. In July Charlie, Alex, Kai and myself aim to walk Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24hrs. https://www.threepeakschallenge.uk/national-three-peaks-challenge/ This challenge is being done to raise money for Cancer Research UK which do amazing work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer has helped save millions of lives. Over the past 40 years survival has doubled, thanks to the great progress research has made. 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lives and everybody will know somebody be it family/friends or colleagues that has been affected by cancer in one way or another. We are trying to smash this challenge to try and do a little bit in the battle against cancer and help the amazing research and work that goes into beating cancer once and for all. This challenge will consist of: Ben Nevis - This will be the first of our climbs/walks. This is the highest Mountain in the British isles and is 1345m above sea level located in the Lochaber area of Scotland. Scaffel Pike - The second climb of the day located in the Lake District, it is 978m above sea level. Snowdon - Final Climb. We will be climbing Crib Coch a route on Snowdon for our final and probably hardest climb. Snowdon is located in the Snowdonia National park and is 1085m above sea level. We are asking you to DONATE as much as you can to CANCER RESEARCH, to support the ongoing work that they do and to ensure that anyone that has or will go through this in the future has the best diagnosis and treatment because of the research that cancer research do. All proceeds raised will be going to Cancer Research UK.
