We are a group of nurses and physiotherapists from the Ventilation Service at LUHFT, we work with patients who have life changing conditions.
Fundraising pageOne of our service users has a muscle wasting condition which means he needs to use a ventilator to help him breathe, and he is unable to move. He wants to enjoy life to the fullest, and has been raising money so he could purchase an assistive device – a robotic arm, so he can wave a scarf at the football match alongside his friends.
