Fundraising for Footsteps Counselling and Care

We are doing this in memory of one of our best friends daughter Penelope Peach, who tragically passed away at only a few hours old due to complications during labour, the day we've selected to complete the challenge would have been just after her 2nd Birthday. The charity we are doing the challenge to raise funds for is a charity that we know is very close to Penelopes Parents (Martin and Beanie) hearts. We are doing it for Footsteps Counselling and Care, which is a small charitable organisation based in Gloucester that provides counselling support for anyone affected by pregnancy related issues, including the loss of a baby for any reason and at any time and those struggling with other pregnancy related issues, including fertility problems and postnatal depression. Much of Footsteps work is done by volunteers and the organisation receives no Government or NHS Funding. They rely on their Charity shop and on fundraising to continue their great work.
