Group of old work friends that wanted to do something recognise mental health particularly following COVID-19. It has been a very challenging year for all and thought this was a good forum to get the message out there that 'it's OK not to be ok' and to raise more awareness around mental health charities that are available.
Fundraising pageFounded in memory of Russ Devereux, the Headlight Project is working with children in schools to deliver emotional resilience programmes, as well as one-to-one counselling and also offers equivalent services for adults. We also work in partnership with organisations to raise awareness on mental health in the workplace and suicide prevention. The Headlight Project has a particular focus in supporting individuals and families who have been affected by suicide.
