Mark's Very Small Big Walk

What can an out of shape, diabetic dad to 3 and step-dad to 2 do to help? I thought I'd start low and attempt two challenges in 2020 – the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge being the first. While COVID-19 has disrupted plans (I'd planned on doing this in May) I'm thrilled to be completing this for such a good cause

Fundraising for S.A.N (Support Additional Needs) Neath and District

S.A.N (Support Additional Needs) Neath and District is a volunteer run support group for parents and carers of children / young people with various additional needs. They provide direct support ranging from coffee mornings, family and well-being events to treatment days, drumming workshops and guest speakers. The group is run entirely by volunteers and the relies exclusively on donations to keep running - it’s a vital lifeline to many families in South Wales. This year I have set a target to raise money for this fantastic group to allow them to continue the excellent work that they do. The money will go towards providing a Family Respite swim session with meal for members of the group that spend so much of their own time, effort and money looking after their children, family and others.
