Fundraising for Mind

We believe that mental health is an important issue that people in the Western world are facing with approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health problems each year. It can affect anyone at any time of the year. Mind provide help and support directly to those who need it most. There's a network of around 130 Local Minds across England and Wales that offer specialised support and care based on the needs of the communities they support. They believe recovery is possible for all, and encourage people to make informed choices in a safe environment. Each participant will aim to raise at least £100 each and contribute £20 themselves. We will be funding this challenge ourselves so 100% of donations will go to MIND. Please help us reach our goal. Grateful for all your donations.
