We are raising money for the Neonatal units who looked after our baby girl Grace who was born premature at only 24 weeks. She fought extremely had for nearly 6 weeks but became very poorly and passed away on the 15th April 2019. We are doing aiming to finish this on the 23rd June as this was Grace's original due date.
