Fundraising for Mind - Coastal West Sussex

We will be raising money for Coastal West Sussex Mind.

They are an independent and local mental health charity who aim to provide advice and support in order to help empower those who are affected by mental health problems.

Mental health is a significant illness that affects thousands of people not only in the UK but across the globe. Unfortunately, it is a condition that is somewhat overlooked nor given the proper consideration and respect that it demands.

Each of us has experienced the effects that mental health problems can have on people, be that personally or speaking from experiences with those that we love and care for.

It is for this reason that we will be raising money for Mind with the aim to provide support to those in our local community.

Why the Three Peaks?

The Three Peaks poses not just a physical challenge to those that attempt it, but a mental challenge as well. We thought it appropriate to attempt such a feat in order to represent those with mental health problems and show that anything can be achieved when you put your mind to it.
