Peaky Finders

We are a group of friends from the Isle Of Man who have made the decision do to this challenge in memory of a friend we lost this year. His tragic death at an age just short of 40 has motivated us to complete a challenge and establish his legacy in some of the Islands major charities. Our group ranges from the age of 20-26 and are involved in this as we have all grown up together and are life long friends.

Fundraising for Hospice Iom, Rebecca House, Queens Pier Restoration Trust.

We have chosen a charity for each of the peaks we are climbing:- firstly, the Hospice at home scheme on the Isle of Man, cares and supports families for terminally ill people who have chosen to spend their final days in the home environment. Our Friend Conal was supported by this charity and so we thought it is only right to dedicate the climb of Ben Nevis to this charity. The Rebecca House foundation is an area set up within Hospice Iom, this foundation cares for the poorly Children on the Island. We chose this as the young community on the Isle Of Man are the future of our generation. Finally, the queens pier restoration trust is a publicly funded charity aiming to restore one of the islands famous landmarks (Queens Pier). The money we raise will go help purchase an engraved plank to go on the pier and further help towards buying resources for the construction work.
