Fundraising pageFounded in 2003 by Michael McGrath and Miles Peckham, the Muscle Help Foundation is a charity working to support children and young people with the muscle wasting disease, Muscular Dystrophy (MD) and allied neuromuscular conditions. Today, the charity has touched the lives of 1000’s of people across the UK, from families and local communities to schools and businesses, and its impact and reach continues to grow. The charity can make a difference in several ways – from improved confidence, greater self-esteem and an increased sense of hopefulness, to a powerful collective identity that connects families together providing them with an essential platform to share knowledge. Moreover, unforgettable memories and lasting friendships are established. Muscle Help Foundation invites everyone to join the growing tribe of Muscle Warrior fundraisers, participate in the upcoming events, and get involved in the innovative #powerof657 national campaign designed to drive awareness and generate vital funds to help Muscle Help move closer towards their goal of delivering 657 Muscle Dreams, one for every muscle in the human body. As of July 2018, the charity will have delivered 278 Muscle Dream experiences. The charity needs your support, including time, skills and money, to make more of these highly personalised experiences a reality.
