Little Steps 3 Peaks

We are work colleagues from a children's day nursery in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire and started training in March this year. The age range of our group is 17 years to 53 years with only one male in the team! We have a support crew of 3 to help with driving, navigating and meals. The majority of the team had absolutely no walking "for leisure experience", let alone walking up a mountain or three so this has been a real achievement for us.

Fundraising for We are raising funds for three charities: Macmillan, Zachary's Shack and Service Six

Little Steps lost a very dear friend and colleague to cancer, she had the help and support of Macmillan and we know that she would be proud to think that we are going to walk and donate money for this very worthwhile cause. Zachary's Shack is a local charity which gives terminally ill children and their families the opportunity to go on holiday to Butlins and stay in one of the caravans that have been bought by the charity. Service Six is a local charity that supports families and disadvantaged children using outcome based professional therapeutic support, diversionary and activity services.
