The Little Lane Nursery Three Peaks Challenge

We have set ourselves a challenge, to undertake the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Saturday 28th April 2018. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24-miles long, and includes 5,200ft (1,585m) of ascent. We will be undertaking this challenge to raise money for Peterborough Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We would love it if parents, carers, relatives, friends could join us on this challenge - you've got plenty of time to get training! So roll up, roll up - get your name signed up and committed in the Little Lane office.

Fundraising for Peterborough Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

As a children's nursery we are surrounded by children and have had many children join us who started out life in the NICU. Our nursery Manager, Emma Altham, had a daughter that accessed the specialist care of Peterborough NICU unit with her daughter was born 10 week prematurely. Emma also went on to work as a nursery nurser within the same NICU unit, to give back.
