We are 5 colleagues from Greybridge Search and Selection, every year we like to challenge ourselves for a nominated charity. As a team, this year we are raising money for 'Dorothy House Hospice Care' the hospice cared for our colleague Melissa Royce's mother Annette Royce when she needed them the most. Annette went for a routine check up in May 2017 which resulted in heartbreaking news. Having suffered and recovered from bowel cancer 2 years previously it had returned with aggression in her liver. Annette was given 2 months life expectancy with 3/4 months if she had chemo. She decided against chemo choosing to live as normal life as possible and to enjoy her grandchildren. Annette died on the 9th of August 3 months after her diagnosis.
