SWGS

The majority of us are ex-Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award participants, and the idea came about once we had finished our final expedition as we loved the experience of mountain climbing so much! We are all extremely keen about the outdoors and we're really looking forward to the challenge.

Fundraising for Make-A-Wish Foundation

Make-A-Wish Foundation is a charity with a single purpose – grant magical wishes to children and young people aged 3-17 fighting life-threatening conditions. For many families the Make-A-Wish memory can be the last happy memory they have of their child having fun in a magical world, surrounded by family and friends – rather than memories of days and weeks of painful treatments and hospitalisation. It gives the children the opportunity to do the one thing in their life that they've always wanted to do, but no longer have the time to do it in.
