The MBDA Charity Challenge Team is a group of employees and friends and family of employees from MBDA UK Bolton. The group often organise and partake in various events to raise money for different charities. The group partaking in the challenge are a team of mixed fitness levels who are all passionate to complete the challenge well within time.

Fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund

Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund (Charity No 1103253) is the national charity dedicated exclusively to supporting research to improve diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund has three main objectives: 1.To raise funds for research into early detection, new treatments and ultimately a cure for pancreatic cancer 2.To encourage more of the research community to get involved in pancreatic cancer research 3.To promote the need for more research funding by the major cancer research funding organisations A family member of one of the group members has recently been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and they vouched to raise as much money for research as possible therefore the challenge is being completed for them.
