I'm not an athlete or an adventurer, I'm an ordinary man with a simple ambition to change the world - and by being the best version of me I can be, I truly believe this is possible. By pushing myself physically and mentally I want to achieve more from life and inspire others to do the same - as such I am setting myself 12 challenges over 2017 in aid of Make-A-Wish. The 12 challenges will see me trek, run, swim and cycle over 1,200 miles - I will be running 2 half and a full marathon, a triathlon, solo Three Peaks Challenge all culminating on New Year's day at Lands' End, having cycled from John O'Groats.
Fundraising pageThe Miles for Wishes Challenge is in aid of Make-A-Wish UK. Make-A-Wish exists for one reason – to grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Whether it’s starring in their own films, walking with dinosaurs, going on an amazing holiday, meeting a celebrity hero, or having a life-changing bedroom makeover; our wishes are varied, personal and, most importantly, magical.
